  • F0S-ART SPACE SERIES 2 Part 2: Susanne Pikullik-Bastian – Bewegte Kästen

    Susanne Lere 150px

We carry on. After the ballet in an extremely confined space the relationship boxes are reappearing in a new form. Susanne Pikullik - Bastian already tackled the idea of the zero spiral in the first event series. Now we can tap into a painted game with moving boxes.

"We humans continually move in our individual boxes, sometimes with a distance to the other , sometimes right in the middle , sometimes on top, but always in search of deeper connectedness with the whole, the creative, the divinity inside ourselves.
While searching this zero point within myself I met Lere Shakunle . His Transfigural Mathematics sustainably inspired my paintings."

After a very successful first event series in the spring and summer 2013 we start a second round.
Under the title "Connected, yet different,"
    the 28th of November 2013 at 20:00h
we‘ll start a new series. The artists of this first event are
Julia Krüger under conceptual collaboration with Susanne Pikullik-Bastian.
  • F0S-ART SPACE SERIES Part 6: Abdoulaye Guissé - Innocence , Performance & Paintings (Juli 2013)

    Prepared2
Part 6 of the FLOW OF THE ZERO SPIRAL ART SPACE series completed the first cycle. Abdoulaye Guissé's performance was based on a simple equation: 0 = innocence. And as in the logic of Transfigural Mathematics everything unfolds out of zero and returns to zero, it was about original innocence, the loss of innocence through the entrance into life and the purification and return to innocence.
  • F0S-ART SPACE SERIES Part 5: Branko Stahl - Limited Perception, Sculpture, Sand-Art & Floc'Paintings (Juni 2013)

    BrankoStahl
Part 5 of the FLOW OF THE ZERO SPIRAL event series mentioned limited perception. Visitors to the event discovered the works of Branko Stahl out of total darkness. They heard of Helen Keller, who was born both blind and deaf and developped through touching with the help of Ann Sullivan language as an organ of perception.
  • F0S-ART SPACE SERIES Part 4: Michelle Nze - In the Middle, Paintings and Poems (Juni 2013)

    Michelle Lere 130606
"Here it all began – in the Middle" - the dialogue between paintings by Michelle Nze and poems by Lere Shakunle began. Thus we reached for the first time one of the essential objectives of the FLOW OF THE ZERO SPIRAL ART SPACE: dialogue and confrontation between different art forms. Lere transfiguralized unique artworks by Michelle and shared his impressions in an unique and inspiring manner.
  • F0S-ART SPACE SERIES Part 3: Susanne Pikullik-Bastian, Zero Spiral & more (Mai 2013)

    Nullspirale-in-BardoFarben150px
Seemingly geometricly ordered disorder held together by the Zero Spiral in the center. This is the meaning of Susanne Pikullik-Bastian's contribution to THE FLOW OF THE ZERO SPIRAL ART SPACE. Diverging Forces, Bursting Middle, The Path to buddhist Enlightenment and Polar Co-Existence - each painting presents a paradox of order and disorder, of destruction and reawakening. The Zero Spiral ensures the Flow. And that is what THE FLOW OF THE ZERO SPIRAL ART SPACE is about.
  • F0S-ART SPACE SERIES Part 2: David Dibiah - Verdrehte Sehschärfe (April 2013)

"To make a statement, you should first listen to yourself, think about your bias and your self-confidence, perceive your surroundings in order to interpret the findings can.
Come in and indulge yourself in a look via contorted acuity of vision." (David Dibiah)
  • Start of the F0S-ART SPACE SERIES: Didier Matrige - The Morpholine Effect (April 2013)

F0S Part1 130411 1It was a beginning F0S Part1 130411 1and a continuation at the same time. With the works of Didier Matrige coping with Lere Shakunle's concept of the "Morpholine Effect" the FLOW OF THE ZEROSPIRAL ART SPACE SERIES started on the 11th of April 2013. The F0S ART SPACE SERIES is a series if events around the concept of Transfigural Mathematics. Lere Shakunle introduced three works by Didier Matrige that have arisen from a common work on the concept of "Morpholine Effect". In this concept Lere has for the first time sought to combine Transfigural Mathematics and art. In Didier Matrige, a Belgian artist who unfortunately already died, Lere found a first brother in spirit.

F0S-ART SPACE SERIES Part 6: Abdoulaye Guissé - Innocence , Performance & Paintings

Prepared2Part 6 of the FLOW OF THE ZERO SPIRAL ART SPACE series completed the first cycle. Abdoulaye Guissé's performance was based on a simple equation: 0 = innocence. And as in the logic of Transfigural Mathematics everything unfolds out of zero and returns to zero, it was about original innocence, the loss of innocence through the entrance into life and the purification and return to innocence.

This cycle was presented and transformed into stunning images - from the preparation by Lere Shakunle and Abdoulaye Guissé followed by birth and loss of innocence and finished by a purification ceremony using the purest imaginable medium, white milk.

Verbunden, doch anders - Connected yet different

Call for Partizipation - Series 2

F0S Logo 200pxMathematics is precise. Mathematics is logical. Mathematics is rational. Mathematics is structure.

Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 are a series, are an order, are a sequence. This logic, this structure, this precision has led man very far. On this basis he is able to create incredible things. Our prosperity is based mainly on this basis.

One question, however, has never been answered by the math: what is between the 1 and the 2. The invention of decimals, and other mathematical constructs, which have been more accurate, always left room between them.

What if this space would be the real thing? What if the core of knowledge is formed by what unites rather than what divides the 1 and the 2? What would happen if the 1 would flow into the 2 and from the 2 back into the 1?
